CALM – Computer Assisted Learning for the Mind
The University of Auckland have created CALM – a website which can be used as a motivational tool for students struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, relationships and other factors that can contribute to poor study practices.
Sections in the website include:
- Mental resilience
- Managing stress, anxiety and depression
- Healthy relationships
- Finding meaning in life
- NZ National Depression Initiative
- Guided meditations
Some of the sections include audio files with exercises, guided meditations, and information that you can download, as well as links to relevant websites that provide additional information and resources.
