Helping Working Carers and Employers

Meet Dame Caroline Waters, Director of People and Policy for BT (British Telecom). When visiting New Zealand, Caroline talked about the benefits flexible working offers employers, carers, the government and the country.

Employer members include the Waitemata District Health Board.

Employment for Caring

The New Zealand equivalent of the UK’s employer initiative for carers is called Employment for Caring (formerly Work Life Care).
